By using ContentToLinked, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ContentToLinked provides AI-powered LinkedIn post generation from user-provided content. For a one-time fee of $7 per conversion, you receive 3 LinkedIn post variations (Standard, Carousel, and Thread formats).

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • The fee is $7.00 USD per conversion, charged at the time of conversion
  • All sales are final. Due to the instant digital delivery of AI-generated content, refunds are generally not available
  • If you experience a technical failure (posts not delivered), contact us for resolution

4. User Content and License

You retain all rights to the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant ContentToLinked a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your LinkedIn posts. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit the content you provide.

5. Generated Content

The LinkedIn posts generated by ContentToLinked are provided for your use. You own the generated content and may use it freely. ContentToLinked does not claim ownership of AI-generated posts created from your content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use ContentToLinked to process:

  • Illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Spam or mass-produced inauthentic content for deceptive purposes
  • Content intended to harass or harm individuals

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ContentToLinked is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated posts will achieve specific engagement metrics or results on LinkedIn.

8. Limitation of Liability

ContentToLinked's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific conversion in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of ContentToLinked after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
